Gutbuster Half

It was a warm day today at Westwood Lake. 21k of Gutbuster goodness was a welcome exertion, followed by a couple dips in the lake, intermittent gorgings, and snoozing.

I had a good race coming 19th of 124 with 1:57:42. The Harriers cleaned house at the awards ceremony, including our team winning 4 (warm) beer for being the top team. We capped the series off well with a stop at the pub at the bottom of the hill for "electrolyte rebalancing".
